How long does it take until my website is live on the internet?

Your website will be live immediately after signing up for the Free Trial or placing an order.

Is there a limit to the number of updates I can make to my website?

There is no limit to the number of updates that you are permitted to make to your website. All updates will be reflected on your website immediately after submitting them.

What will my domain name be?

Your domain name will look like this:

How will my guests find my baby website?

After you have logged into your account and built your website, you will be able to send an email to your friends and family. Then, whenever you update your site, you will be able to easily send another “update email” to your friends and family.

What if I have a question while I'm building my site, do you have a support department?

You may email us at any time and we will usually get back to you within a few hours with answers to your questions.

Can I hide certain pages until I have content on those pages?

Because we want you to have total flexibility with your baby website, we've designed the pages to be active only when you wish them to be. That means that you can choose to have one page active or all pages at one time. It's totally up to you. All of your information will be stored while inactive so when you are ready to activate that page, it's literally done with the click of a button. Can I password protect my website so only my friends and family can access the website?

Yes of course. We have designed our baby websites to be password protected so only people you designate to view your site can. You can even change the password of your website at anytime.

Will there be advertisements on my website?

No way. No banners, pop ups, pop unders, etc.

How do I upload photos?

There are several sections of your baby website that allow for photos to be uploaded. In your administration site, the sections that allow for uploaded photos will prompt you to browse your hard drive for a photo file to upload. View our online flash demonstrations.

In what format do my photos need to be saved and is there a size limitation?

We accept jpegs (jpgs) or gifs. Jpegs, however, are preferred. Although there is no size limitation, smaller file sizes are preferred. We recommend neither dimension being larger than 500 pixels.

How much disk space will have for my website?

Your website will start with 20 megs of space in which you can load up images, videos and audio files. However, you will always have the ability to purchase additional space if you require it. When you log into your account, you will be visually showed how much website space you have used and how much is left, so there are no surprises.

Can I replace any of the photos I have uploaded at any time?
